  • Build high-quality datasets using multimodal sensor inputs and large-scale fleet data.
  • Train, validate, and optimize deep learning models using real-world driving scenarios.
  • Evaluate model performance and robustness to ensure reliability in production environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate perception models into the broader autonomous system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in modern computer vision and machine learning, including 3D reconstruction, detection, classification, and semantic segmentation
  • Experience training and deploying deep learning models in production or research environments
  • Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience in the self-driving or robotics industry
  • Experience deploying ML models in latency-sensitive or real-time systems
  • Experience with CUDA or GPU-accelerated model development

Benefits:
