Job description

HireArt is helping our client find an Operations Support Associate to join its designated market team.

In this role, you’ll provide on-site operational support at the assigned facility, ensuring efficient customer service and vehicle readiness.

The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable delivering hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
Customer Service and Vehicle Processing:
  • Assist customers with the rental process, including check-in, vehicle assignment, and rental return.
  • Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections.
  • Manage and organize vehicle compliance documents.
Operational Support:
  • Organize the vehicle lot and coordinate vehicle transportation.
  • Complete daily rental operations tasks.
  • Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact.
Standards and Communication:
  • Maintain the company’s service standards when interacting with drivers.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site staff and remote support teams.
  • Provide clear, concise updates and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role (e.g., retail, technical support, hospitality)
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license; satisfactory driving record; and insurable under the company’s policy
  • Familiarity with the local market area
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain patience, de-escalate situations, and work effectively in a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Ability to handle prolonged standing and walking

Commitment: This is a part-time, 8-week contract (with the possibility of extension) position staffed via HireArt. This role is onsite and available to candidates local to the Irving, TX area.
