Job description
HireArt is helping our client find a Parts Specialist to join its team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the NPI Manager to support fleet expansion vehicle builds, ensuring parts and materials are accurately tracked, organized, and available to meet build timelines.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with managers, technicians, and engineers in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
As a Parts Specialist, you will:

As a Parts Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate with managers, technicians, and engineers to ensure all build materials are properly managed.
- Track and maintain inventory across multiple sites.
- Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) in accordance with engineering guidelines.
- Proactively escalate part shortages and potential build blockers.
- Organize inventory and prepare build kits based on detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with clear, effective communication
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac, or Linux-based computer systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for parts tracking, inventory counts, and basic reporting
- High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
