- Support functional integration between SAP QM and non-SAP QMS applications, ensuring reliable data flow and consistent process execution.
- Collaborate with supplier-side and internal engineers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and refine workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical configurations and support documentation.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on SAP Quality Management configuration experience (screens, workflows, enhancements)
- Experience customizing ETQ or similar QMS tools (TrackWise, ETQ Reliance, etc.) and integrating them with SAP QM
- At least one functional integration project involving SAP QM and a non-SAP system
- Strong business process understanding across quality workflows (e.g., NCM, CAPA, deviations, APQP/PPAP)
- Techno-functional skill set, configuration-focused, not programming-heavy, paired with the ability to problem-solve in an IT environment
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
- SAP and ETQ certifications are a plus
Benefits:
- Pre-tax commuter benefits
- Employer (HireArt) subsidized healthcare benefits (Eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of service)
