Job description
HireArt is helping our client find a Digital Workplace Specialist to join its Communication and Marketing team as a contingent worker.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day product and project management of the company’s new intranet platform (Staffbase), helping drive employee registrations, improve engagement, and elevate the internal digital experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong project and stakeholder management skills, experience with corporate intranet tools, and a digitally savvy mindset with an eye for user experience and continuous improvement.
As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you’ll:
In this role, you will support the day-to-day product and project management of the company’s new intranet platform (Staffbase), helping drive employee registrations, improve engagement, and elevate the internal digital experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong project and stakeholder management skills, experience with corporate intranet tools, and a digitally savvy mindset with an eye for user experience and continuous improvement.
As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you’ll:
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of new Staffbase features and functionalities in partnership with the Communications and Enterprise Technology teams.
- Work closely with employees across the company to gather user insights and feedback to improve the intranet experience.
- Monitor platform metrics and analytics to surface insights that influence intranet strategy and user engagement.
- Recommend strategies and creative approaches for using Staffbase to enhance productivity and save time for employees.
- Assist with editorial needs, including publishing and updating content within Staffbase.
- Collaborate with Staffbase support to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Report directly to the Head of Global Internal Communications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with corporate intranet platforms or internal engagement tools
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to interpret data and metrics and present clear, actionable insights
- Experience with UI/UX or design concepts is a plus
- Digitally savvy with a passion for improving internal employee experiences
- Knowledge of Staffbase is strongly preferred
Commitment: This is a part-time, 3-month contract position staffed via HireArt. This role is remote and open to U.S.-based candidates who can work 5-6 hours per day (PST), up to 20 hours per week.
