HireArt is helping our client hire an Office Manager to support day-to-day office operations, logistics, and vendor management.
In this role, you’ll ensure the office runs smoothly, internal communication is clear, and company resources are organized and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized operations professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes ownership of administrative processes.
As an Office Manager, you will:
As an Office Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily office operations, including task planning, prioritization, and effective communication.
- Procure office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Support logistics processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping company assets, with accurate documentation and inventory tracking (in coordination with the logistics team).
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain an orderly office environment, including workstations, common areas, and storage spaces.
- Coordinate employee parking and related logistics.
- Manage supplier and contractor contracts, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Track and manage the administrative budget, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Follow internal procedures and company standards, proposing improvements as needed.
- Assist with corporate resources such as business travel, corporate housing, and a small fleet of replacement vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operations
- Strong execution skills with the ability to complete work accurately and on time
- Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of outcomes
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers, service contracts, and basic logistics
- Experience using task-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, YouTrack)
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to deadlines and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience partnering with multiple departments
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems
- Experience in the IT sector
Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Dallas, TX area.
