HireArt is partnering with an AI innovation initiative seeking Finance Domain Experts to evaluate, improve, and design complex finance-driven AI tasks.
In this role, you will contribute directly to improving AI reasoning across financial analysis, statements, compliance, markets, and corporate financial interpretation.

As a Finance Domain Expert, you will:
- Design challenging, field-relevant problems based on visuals, prompts, datasets, or model outputs.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses using detailed rubrics.
- Write or improve evaluation rubrics for complex tasks.
- Stress-test model reasoning in research contexts.
- Provide clear, structured feedback on model performance.
Please note: This position is task-based, and task availability will depend on business needs. Hours and workload may vary depending on project timelines and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years’ experience in a relevant field (corporate finance, accounting, private equity, etc.)
- Experience working with or evaluating LLM systems in financial domains
- Strong writing, analysis, and reasoning skills
- Comfortable working asynchronously with strong self-direction
- Ability to deliver structured, precise, and logically sound evaluations
- Reliable computer and internet connection
Commitment: This is an independent contract position staffed via HireArt. The role is remote and open to U.S.-based candidates (excluding California and Illinois) who can commit to 10-40 hours per week. Workers should be able to work 5-7 hours per day and may set their own schedules.
