HireArt is helping JulieVos find a Quality Control Assistant to support seasonal operations and ensure products meet the company’s high standards for quality and presentation.
In this role, you’ll assist with product handling and inspection, help manage inventory flow, and provide general administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and comfort handling both administrative and hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As a Quality Control Assistant, you will:
In this role, you’ll assist with product handling and inspection, help manage inventory flow, and provide general administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and comfort handling both administrative and hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As a Quality Control Assistant, you will:
- Open and organize jewelry pouches for quality control inspection and processing.
- Handle and track product flow within the quality control room.
- Support the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks such as snack deliveries, restocking supplies, and light facilities checks (e.g., ensuring floors and common areas remain tidy).
- Perform other administrative or operational tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate materials with care
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with both hands-on and administrative responsibilities
Commitment:This is a full-time, short-term (3-month) contract position staffed via HireArt. This position is onsite and will be available to candidates who are local to the New York, NY area.
