HireArt is helping our client hire an IT Operations Engineer to serve as the IT domain expert across the corporate IT team and help develop a scalable, secure, and reliable technology architecture.
In this role, you’ll lead the implementation and management of platforms and services that support global engineering and operations functions. You’ll ensure the company’s IT systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business growth.

As an IT Operations Engineer, you will:
- Build and maintain a scalable IT infrastructure to support a rapidly growing organization.
- Respond to IT help desk requests and provide assistance via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support—escalating complex requests when necessary.
- Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
- Lead or contribute to system administration, server support, and project implementation initiatives.
- Develop and document IT processes and procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, including system administration, server support, project implementation, and desktop support in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or other Active Directory systems
- Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and equipment, including VPN, DNS, next-generation firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
- Experience deploying, integrating, and administering SaaS applications
- Ability to operate in high-pressure situations, manage multiple priorities, and remain adaptable while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience developing or improving IT processes and documentation
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of data protection operations and regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Experience managing a Fortinet network stack
- Understanding of MDM (Mobile Device Management) best practices
- CCNA certification
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or other shell scripting languages
