Job description
HireArt is helping A Top Ride-Hailing Company find customer service-oriented individuals that will represent the company as Brand Ambassadors at the Billie Eilish event at the Moody Center, Austin, TX 78712.
You will be responsible for being on-site at the following times:

- Thursday, November 13, 2025: 8:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Friday, November 14, 2025: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM
In this role, you will be focused on representing the company brand, guiding riders to the pickup location, signing up new riders, and providing any feedback to the team on rider sentiment.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
- Be a natural helper—quick to create a world-class experience for drivers and riders
- Be the ultimate people person— eager to display your cheerful, magnetic personality
Customer Service
- Direct riders to the designated pickup location
- Promote downloading the company app for new customers
- Encourage event attendees to visit the lounge and take advantage of provided charging stations
- Hand out free hydration products to lounge visitors
- De-escalate and calmly manage tense or unexpected situations, ensuring a smooth and positive interaction for all
Technical Assistance
- Offer basic tech support to riders, including:
- Downloading or restarting the app.
- Guiding users to the “Help” button for additional support or troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service with the ability to be on your feet throughout your shift
- A general understanding of the ridesharing industry
- Accountable self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptable to fluid environments
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, especially evenings and weekends
Commitment: This is a 2-day contract position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Austin, TX area.
