Job description
HireArt is helping our client find a Supply Chain Coordinator (Contingent Workforce) to support procurement and contingent workforce operations.
In this role, you’ll support data tracking and administrative processes for contingent workforce management and procurement activities. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement team members to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and provide timely operational support across the business.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll support data tracking and administrative processes for contingent workforce management and procurement activities. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement team members to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and provide timely operational support across the business.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:
- Track and maintain contingent worker and supplier records.
- Review contingent worker requests for accuracy before supplier submission.
- Coordinate onboarding, extensions, and offboarding in line with internal processes.
- Support supplier onboarding, document collection, and status tracking.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to keep processes aligned and up-to-date.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of procurement processes.
- Escalate business issues and complete ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong business acumen, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on contingent workforce management, supply chain management, or project management
- Proficient with Oracle ERP, Google Workspace, and MS Office, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and curious, with the ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and think critically to improve processes
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Japanese language skills (written, spoken)
- Familiarity with contingent worker lifecycle, basic employment, or contractor laws
- Experience with DocuSign, ServiceNow, and SAP SuccessFactors
