HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an Operations Logistics Associate to support manufacturing operations and ensure smooth material flow from dock to production.
In this role, you’ll manage warehouse processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and support kitting, lineside delivery, and milk-run execution to ensure materials reach production efficiently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
As an Operations Logistics Associate, you will:
In this role, you’ll manage warehouse processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and support kitting, lineside delivery, and milk-run execution to ensure materials reach production efficiently.

As an Operations Logistics Associate, you will:
- Execute material flow processes between dock, warehouse, and production using forklifts and other transport methods.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to input, track, and manage inventory and parts data.
- Assess material needs for assigned production areas and pull materials to support the daily production schedule.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies through physical and systemic identification using warehouse tools.
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Uphold 5S principles to keep work areas organized and efficient.
- Uncrate and stage critical components for general assembly operations.
- Support indirect material storage and assist stakeholders across the company's network.
- Partner with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) SAP experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a high-paced environment
- Experience operating heavy warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Quick problem-solving skills and composure under pressure
- Self-starter with a “get it done” attitude and strong sense of urgency
- Proven ability to collaborate across warehouse and production teams
- Must pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen
- Compliance with all company substance abuse and safety policies
