HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Senior Project Manager, PMO Processes and Tools, to drive the definition, rollout, and continuous improvement of program management processes and tools across the organization.
In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of PMO tool and process initiatives, from gathering requirements and defining solutions to implementing systems, training users, and supporting adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally with PMO, IT, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading enterprise-level process and systems projects and a deep understanding of project management frameworks and tools.
As a Senior Project Manager, PMO Processes and Tools, you will:
In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of PMO tool and process initiatives, from gathering requirements and defining solutions to implementing systems, training users, and supporting adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally with PMO, IT, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading enterprise-level process and systems projects and a deep understanding of project management frameworks and tools.
As a Senior Project Manager, PMO Processes and Tools, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for new PMO process and tool initiatives, including requirements gathering, documentation, tool configuration, and rollout.
- Act as the main liaison between PMO, IT, and business teams to align goals and maintain shared understanding throughout implementation.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive process and tool improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and quality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for PMO and BI tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Structure, Rich Filters, Amazon QuickSight, and Looker), creating best practices and documentation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote tool adoption and ensure user proficiency.
- Build and manage project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing technical projects or programs focused on systems and tools implementation
- Strong background in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise-level PM and BI tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Structure, QuickSight, Looker)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in fast-paced hardware/software environments (e.g., robotics, automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics)
- PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, CPO, SPC)
- Experience with scaled or hybrid Agile frameworks and enterprise tool migrations or integrations
- Familiarity with scripting or automation within PM tools (e.g., Jira automations, API integrations)
- Passion for building efficient systems and simplifying complex processes
