In this role, you will be responsible for making sure daily tasks are completed in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company standards. You’ll help maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards during your designated shift while serving as a key point of escalation for real-time fleet issues.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, experience working with technical systems, and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. We’re looking for someone analytical, collaborative, and safety-minded, with the ability to clearly communicate across technical and non-technical teams.

As a Fleet Support Analyst, you'll:
  • Ensure all shifts are properly covered, accounting for out-of-office and sick days.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for real-time escalation of fleet issues.
  • Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of fleet problems using telemetry data and autonomous vehicle system knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain escalation protocols for unresolved issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and solutions to support training and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze historical data to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Communicate updates clearly with passengers, operators, engineers, and management teams.
  • Support on-call rotations, which may include day, swing, or midnight shifts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting, ideally within the automotive or transportation industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical details to varied audiences
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to strict quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with electric vehicle technology
  • Experience remotely supporting vehicle troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle hardware
  • Familiarity with Linux and Python-based programming systems for fleet-level data processing
  • Experience with software that interfaces with hardware

Benefits:
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employer (HireArt) subsidized healthcare benefits (Eligibility begins 90 days after start date)
  • Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs
  • HireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance
  • 401k package

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will onsite and available to candidates who are local to the East Liberty, OH area.

HireArt values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visas or employ corp-to-corp.
