HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Mission Readiness Training Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate training programs for Mission Readiness personnel.
In this role, you will coordinate training to keep Mission Readiness personnel current on procedures and partner with leadership to ensure efficiency and consistency across teams and shifts.
The ideal candidate has direct experience in the AV space, with a strong background in leading training and onboarding programs. You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
As a Training Coordinator, you'll:
In this role, you will coordinate training to keep Mission Readiness personnel current on procedures and partner with leadership to ensure efficiency and consistency across teams and shifts.

As a Training Coordinator, you'll:
- Partner with Mission Control Leads, Project Managers, and Instructors to improve training program efficiency and throughput.
- Assist with the coordination and facilitation of training plans, including schedules, classroom sessions, hands-on training (real or simulated), and progress tracking.
- Act as a point of contact for instructors, ensuring alignment on procedures, conducting instructor training, and auditing instructor performance.
- Identify risks, develop mitigations, and report on training program throughput.
- Assist in creating and standardizing training materials (decks, assessments, documentation) to ensure uniform instructions across shifts and sites.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the AV space
- 1-3 years of experience leading training and onboarding sessions
- Knowledge of mission readiness procedures and responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate training events
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for training support
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen
- Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience teaching, instructing, and/or training
- Bachelor’s degree or management experience
