Job description
HireArt is helping A Top Ride-Hailing Company find customer service-oriented individuals that will represent the company as Brand Ambassadors at the EDC Event at Tinker Field in Orlando, FL.
You will be responsible for being on-site at the following times:

- Saturday, November 8, 2025
- Sunday, November 9, 2025
Event hours are 1PM - 12AM (Schedules TBD)
In this role, you will be focused on representing the company brand, guiding riders to the pickup location, signing up new riders, and providing any feedback to the team on rider sentiment.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
In this role, you will be focused on representing the company brand, guiding riders to the pickup location, signing up new riders, and providing any feedback to the team on rider sentiment.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
- Customer Service:
- The ultimate people person—quick to create a world-class experience for drivers and riders
- Cheerful, magnetic personality—a natural helper
- Direct riders to designated pickup location
- Promote downloading the company app for new customers
- Encourage attendees to visit the lounge and use the provided charging stations
- Hand out free hydration products that will be provided at the lounge
- Offer basic tech support to riders, including:
- Downloading the app
- Restarting the app
- Guiding them to the ‘Help’ button for additional concerns
- De-escalate and diffuse tense situations while keeping a cool head for any unexpected interactions
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service with the ability to be on your feet throughout your shift
- A general understanding of the ridesharing industry
- Accountable self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptable to fluid environments
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, especially evenings and weekends
Commitment: This is a 3-day contract position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Orlando, FL area.
