HireArt is helping our client find a skilled Simulation Operations Specialist to join its Simulation Operations team. This team leverages simulation to accelerate vehicle capability development, identify issues before on-road testing, and verify system requirements.

In this role, you will support simulation workflows by curating data, troubleshooting pipeline issues, and driving process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in data-related or technical operations work, familiarity with simulation or 3D tools, and a proven ability to own process quality while continuously improving workflows.

As a Simulation Operations Specialist, you will:
  • Curate and validate data for simulation evaluations, identifying gaps in requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Gain expertise in the simulation pipeline to triage and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support analysis of simulation data and generate supplemental documentation where needed.
  • Identify inefficiencies, advocate for process improvements, and propose solutions that enhance quality and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor performance to flag inconsistencies, measure improvements, and maintain system integrity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, annotation, labeling, or similar work
  • Experience with programming or software QA/QC
  • Background with simulation software, mapping tools, or other 3D applications
  • Familiarity with Slack, G Suite, and Jira
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in managing and ensuring the quality of a process or system
  • A background in automotive or technology, particularly in simulation, is preferred

Benefits:
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employer (HireArt) Subsidized Healthcare Benefits
  • Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs
  • HireArt covers all costs for short and long-term disability and life insurance
  • 401k package

Commitment: This is an ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt and based in Palo Alto, CA. This position will be remote and available to candidates local to the Bay Area.

HireArt values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visas or employ corp-to-corp.
