Job description
HireArt is helping our client find a skilled Simulation Operations Specialist to join its Simulation Operations team. This team leverages simulation to accelerate vehicle capability development, identify issues before on-road testing, and verify system requirements.
In this role, you will support simulation workflows by curating data, troubleshooting pipeline issues, and driving process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in data-related or technical operations work, familiarity with simulation or 3D tools, and a proven ability to own process quality while continuously improving workflows.
As a Simulation Operations Specialist, you will:
In this role, you will support simulation workflows by curating data, troubleshooting pipeline issues, and driving process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in data-related or technical operations work, familiarity with simulation or 3D tools, and a proven ability to own process quality while continuously improving workflows.
As a Simulation Operations Specialist, you will:
- Curate and validate data for simulation evaluations, identifying gaps in requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Gain expertise in the simulation pipeline to triage and resolve issues quickly.
- Support analysis of simulation data and generate supplemental documentation where needed.
- Identify inefficiencies, advocate for process improvements, and propose solutions that enhance quality and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor performance to flag inconsistencies, measure improvements, and maintain system integrity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, annotation, labeling, or similar work
- Experience with programming or software QA/QC
- Background with simulation software, mapping tools, or other 3D applications
- Familiarity with Slack, G Suite, and Jira
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
- Experience managing and ensuring the quality of a process or system
- A background in automotive or technology, particularly in simulation, is preferred
