HireArt is helping our client hire a Field Sales Lead – Restaurant Partnerships to expand its presence in active markets and build strong relationships with restaurant partners who want to deliver their products using the client’s autonomous delivery robots.
In this role, you’ll partner with restaurants already on Uber, combining sales, outreach, and account management to encourage adoption of the client’s delivery robots as a new growth opportunity.
We’re looking for a people-oriented sales lead who enjoys connecting with restaurant owners and helping them discover new ways to grow their business. The ideal candidate is motivated, great at building relationships, and excited to bring the future of delivery to life with autonomous robots.

In this role, you’ll partner with restaurants already on Uber, combining sales, outreach, and account management to encourage adoption of the client’s delivery robots as a new growth opportunity.

As a Field Sales Lead – Restaurant Partnerships, you'll:
- Drive outreach to restaurants in active sales markets through calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce delivery solutions using robots.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and franchise groups.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of delivery (efficiency, cost savings, sustainability, customer experience).
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to coordinate onboarding of new restaurant partners.
- Track outreach progress, sales pipeline, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on partner needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Support restaurants during pilot launches and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing delivery operations.
- Have parking fees reimbursed!
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Comfortable with a mix of outbound calls, field visits, and relationship management
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to build partnerships in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for emerging technology, robotics, and transforming the way communities connect
Nice-to-Have:
- A combination of hospitality, food service, or the tech industry experience is preferred
- Established connections in the area’s restaurant/food service industry
- Understanding of equity or bonus compensation accounting is a plus
