Job description

HireArt is helping our client find reliable Support Specialists to join its team to ensure the smooth operation and readiness of a cutting-edge vehicle fleet.

In this role, you’ll support vehicle dispatch, fleet maintenance, and on-road safety, working closely with engineers and operators to keep daily operations running seamlessly.

The ideal candidate is a responsible, detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in dynamic environments, and communicates clearly with both operators and engineers.

Available Shifts (6-day work week):

First shift: Monday-Saturday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Second shift: Tuesday-Sunday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

As a Support Specialist, you'll:
  • Manage vehicle dispatch and return, ensuring each vehicle is ready for operation.
  • Perform vehicle startup and shutdown procedures.
  • Provide rapid online and on-site support to safety operators.
  • Oversee fleet charging to maintain uninterrupted availability.
  • Track and confirm timely log uploads.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine in-house service tasks.
  • Complete minor technical and repair work to keep the fleet operational.
  • Serve as first responder for incidents and on-road support needs.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years
  • Skilled at driving various vehicle types with strong road-navigation ability
  • Proficient with computers and common software tools
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with engineers and operators
  • Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions and on different road types
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of vehicle technical aspects and control systems
  • Experience working with autonomous vehicles
