Job description

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Client Services Technician to provide support for the company's end users.

In this role, you’ll handle incoming IT support requests, prioritize and assign them as needed, and ensure timely resolution.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT support experience, with knowledge of Active Directory, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

As a Client Services Technician, you will:
  • Provide onsite support five days a week.
  • Respond to Tier 1 support requests via email, Slack, and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Track, resolve, and escalate tickets as needed.
  • Identify and report recurring support trends.
  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts and access in Active Directory.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize support requests
  • Knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and applications
  • Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
  • Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DHCP, DNS)
  • Familiarity with Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS (preferred)
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar ticketing/wiki tools (preferred)
