HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an experienced Project Manager, Business Applications, to lead and coordinate technical IT projects.
In this role, you’ll drive projects from planning to delivery while supporting business applications such as DMS, contractor time punch-in/out, logistics packaging, IMDS compliance, and chemical and waste management. Your work will include system implementations, process improvements, data management, reporting, training, and budget oversight.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, highly organized, and experienced in managing complex technical IT projects.
As a Project Manager, Business Applications, you will:
In this role, you’ll drive projects from planning to delivery while supporting business applications such as DMS, contractor time punch-in/out, logistics packaging, IMDS compliance, and chemical and waste management. Your work will include system implementations, process improvements, data management, reporting, training, and budget oversight.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, highly organized, and experienced in managing complex technical IT projects.
As a Project Manager, Business Applications, you will:
- Develop project plans, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
- Use project management tools to monitor progress, track performance, and adjust as needed to stay on target.
- Coordinate project teams and resources, assign tasks, and ensure milestones are met.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigations and contingencies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and support change management efforts.
- Oversee project documentation, training strategies, and end-user support.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and partner with procurement as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT project management experience
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
- Excellent organizational, time management, and resource planning abilities
- Experience mentoring or coaching on project management practices
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or operations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); high-tech industry experience a plus
