HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator, ManOps Engineering, to join its team and play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of maintenance, inspection, and documentation programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various deliverables, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication and reporting throughout the entire lifecycle of our development projects.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a project coordinator, ideally in the transportation or automotive industry. You are proficient in project management tools and methodologies, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining high environmental, health, and safety standards.
As a Project Coordinator, ManOps Engineering, you will:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various deliverables, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication and reporting throughout the entire lifecycle of our development projects.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a project coordinator, ideally in the transportation or automotive industry. You are proficient in project management tools and methodologies, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining high environmental, health, and safety standards.
As a Project Coordinator, ManOps Engineering, you will:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet scope, deadlines, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, procurement) to execute deliverables and resolve issues.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, action items, and JIRA tickets.
- Prepare and lead project reviews at all phases.
- Serve as primary contact for special tools, maintenance, inspection, and documentation projects.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, user-friendly documentation, and report on status, metrics, and risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and support implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience creating and managing project budgets, schedules, and risk plans
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Smartsheet)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Understanding of project interdependencies and stakeholder impacts
- Self-directed with minimal supervision required
- Committed to environmental, health, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the transportation or automotive industry
- Proficiency in JIRA, Smartsheet, SAP, MS Office, Google Suite, Lucid Charts, and Slack
- Passion for self-driving technology and its potential impacts
