HireArt is partnering with Character.ai to recruit a select group of high-performing Content Creators who will shape the future of the platform’s social feed. This is a unique opportunity to create engaging, character-driven content that inspires conversation, builds community, and showcases the platform’s most compelling features.
Creators in this role will be the driving force behind a lively, daily stream of fresh posts—crafted entirely using Character.ai’s in-app tools—to entertain, inform, and delight a global audience. If you have a passion for storytelling, social media, and bringing ideas to life in creative ways, we want to hear from you.

Creators in this role will be the driving force behind a lively, daily stream of fresh posts—crafted entirely using Character.ai’s in-app tools—to entertain, inform, and delight a global audience. What You’ll Do
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, on-brand posts daily
- Interpret daily creative briefs from the team while infusing your own unique style.
- Maintain a consistent tone, pacing, and quality standard across all posts.
- Leverage provided characters, topics, prompts, and assets to inspire engaging content.
- Collaborate with the platform’s creative and content management team to refine execution.
- Ensure all content meets brand safety rules and follows platform guidelines.
- Consistently meet posting deadlines and maintain high content output.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating engaging social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar
- Strong creative vision with the ability to work from prompts and briefs
- Excellent time management skills—capable of consistent daily posting without sacrificing quality
- A portfolio or link to examples of your past work (required with application)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working within brand and moderation guidelines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with short-form video, memes, or micro-content
- Understanding of social media trends and online communities
- Ability to interpret multiple styles and tones for different audiences
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools or virtual character-based platforms (a plus)
Commitment: This is a short-term, independent contractor position staffed via HireArt. This role will be remote and is ideal for candidates located in U.S. time zones, excluding California and Illinois. Workers will be able to set their own schedule.
