HireArt is helping a global leader in AI development hire Specialist Auditors - Medical (Full-Time) to train generative artificial intelligence models in medical domains and broader biology.
We are looking for specialists who are experts in their fields who can review and audit complex and varied data to ensure the highest levels of accuracy/consistency are met. Auditors should have a very strong and comprehensive command of the subject matter, a strong attention to detail, and a desire to play a critical part in the development of the next generation of cutting-edge technology.
In this role, you will be assigned to evaluate work done by others that is being produced for specific, high-priority projects. You may work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., excluding California.
As an AI Specialist Auditor - Medical, you will:
$50/hr for current medical students, residents, or former practicing physicians
$85/hr for current practicing physicians

As an AI Specialist Auditor - Medical, you will:
- Audit work produced for various medical domain projects used to train generative AI models
- Audit original and challenging prompts for an AI model to respond to
- Audit edited responses that were produced by an AI model and edited by a person
- Assess whether a piece of text produced by an AI model is factually accurate or not
- Ideally work 8-40 hours per week
- Attend 2-3 reoccurring weekly meetings
Requirements
- Current medical students, residents, or formerly/currently practicing physicians
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in spotting writing errors and inconsistencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Interest in AI and machine learning concepts
- Teaching credentials are a plus
