Job description
HireArt is helping a leader in autonomous vehicle technology hire a Test and Validation Vehicle Operator to help with executing testing and data collection while driving company vehicles.
The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, highly organized, attentive to detail and customer-oriented, with a passion for new technologies.
Our client values safety first and foremost, including implementation of, and adherence to, COVID-19 protocols to maintain a healthy environment for all employees.
As a Test and Validation Vehicle Operator, you'll:
The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, highly organized, attentive to detail and customer-oriented, with a passion for new technologies.
Our client values safety first and foremost, including implementation of, and adherence to, COVID-19 protocols to maintain a healthy environment for all employees.
As a Test and Validation Vehicle Operator, you'll:
- Interact on a daily basis with the (Test and Vehicle) T&V team.
- Execute test cases by driving and following the test instructions.
- Check the safety condition of vehicles daily.
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles at regular intervals or as needed.
- Operate according to traffic safety procedures and safe driving practices.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years driving experience, with a clean driving record
- Comfort with driving Autonomous Vehicles
- Methodical and process-oriented
- Organized and able to document daily summaries
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers is a plus
- Familiarity with Linux or Ubuntu is a plus
