HireArt is helping A Generative AI Company find AI Trainers fluent in U.S. English to help improve the relevance of search engine results. No experience required. In this role, you'll work on a long-term search evaluation project focused on understanding user intent and search result relevance.
Our ideal candidates will be tech savvy and able to closely follow written instructions. They will also have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, so people with experience as a customer service representative, administrative assistant, medical assistant, receptionist, or retail associate are encouraged to apply.
This role will be performed on-site at our client’s Uptown Central San Antonio office.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidates will be tech savvy and able to closely follow written instructions. They will also have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, so people with experience as a customer service representative, administrative assistant, medical assistant, receptionist, or retail associate are encouraged to apply.
This role will be performed on-site at our client’s Uptown Central San Antonio office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and grade search results based on your knowledge of U.S. English and local culture to enhance the relevance of search evaluations.
- Analyze user intent behind search queries to optimize search result grading.
Requirements
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, no prior experience required.
- Must have been born and completed most of your schooling in the United States.
- Tech-savvy, with a preference for candidates familiar with Mac operating systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow directions and perform time-sensitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Able to commute to San Antonio, TX (near the airport) and work in-office, Monday - Friday, from 8AM to 5PM.
