As a Professional Learning Facilitator, you’ll design and deliver engaging sessions that translate educational research into practical classroom applications. Facilitators often lead live virtual or on-site workshops, adapting content to meet the specific needs of schools and districts. Each partnership is unique—some involve single-day intensives, others unfold through multi-day or multi-year collaborations.

Ideal candidates have experience as principals, teachers, instructional coaches, consultants, professors, or education leaders. You understand the art of adult learning, communicate with authenticity, and thrive in collaborative environments. You’re self-directed, reflective, and committed to your own professional growth.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and project-based engagements. There are no guaranteed hours, and the scope of each contract varies by district needs and project design.

We provide orientation, training materials, and ongoing support so facilitators can confidently deliver high-quality professional learning. For on-site engagements, travel arrangements and reimbursements are coordinated in advance according to each agreement.
