Amplify is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead all project aspects on initiative that ensure Amplify’s Sales Operations and Revenue Operations teams are supported and equipped to provide customers with a seamless buying experience. This individual will collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, individual contributors, and subject matter experts to define project scope, document requirements, identify risk, support change, produce project artifacts, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
This role collaborates closely with the Revenue Operations team, Sales teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes supporting strategic business objectives. Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, an eye for the customer experience, and a mindset focused on process, systems, data, and efficiency are essential for the role.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects to deliver process and sales operational improvement goals
Support PMO documentation standards; build and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, documentation, communication templates, etc., with excellent attention to detail
Build strong and trusting relationships with partners and stakeholders. Drive initiatives forward with tenacity and a collaborative spirit. Actively listen, give, and receive constructive feedback.
Develop partnerships within the project team with members from across the organization to define project scope, complete project deliverables, and manage deadlines
Ensure that all aspects of a project are successfully completed and satisfactory to superiors and stakeholders
Coordinate and drive discussions during work sessions related to project execution with tact and diplomacy, facilitating decision-making and change to drive goals forward
Clearly communicate project status, issues, risks, mitigations, and scope changes with the team and stakeholders
Tailor information for audiences and confidently communicate decision-making rationale to team members and outside the project team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4 years of experience managing complex projects
Knowledge of project management methodology and best practices, and experience applying it as a framework for approaching work
Track record of successfully prioritizing work and delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Skilled in navigating through uncertainty and supporting project teams in transforming ambiguity to alignment
Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience communicating with and presenting to key stakeholders
Proficiency with project management tools and software (eg, Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification.
Experience working in the education technology field or with Sales systems
Experience with Google Suite, Slack
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce preferred)
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
