Job Description Summary:
The Amplify Business Operations team is looking for an experienced Analyst, Business Process Management (BPM). This role is responsible for leading process and system improvement initiatives. The BPM Analyst works closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to document and analyze processes and systems, and to identify improvement opportunities. This role will partner with stakeholders and business leaders to gain agreement on project scope, timing, goals and success criteria. As projects are approved, the BPM Analyst will ensure successful project outcomes by leading and/or collaborating with the project team to complete deliverables on time and on budget. This role is responsible for both thinking strategically to identify areas of improvement as well as for drilling into the details to analyze data, develop workflows, complete project deliverables, and document standard operating procedures, user stories, business requirements, and training materials. This role will ensure successful fulfillment of business requirements by either directly developing solutions or partnering with technical implementers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key partners and subject matter experts to analyze processes and system functionality, identifying pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Coordinate, organize, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment to deliver system enhancements and process improvements on time and on budget
Manage the complete project initiation lifecycle - analyze and define the current state, define the problem, establish project goals and timing, document the project charter, and gain stakeholder buy-in
Define future state solutions that meet or exceed Amplify’s strategic business goals
Ensure project team success through leadership, mentorship and strong collaboration
Clarify and communicate solution delivery objectives and success criteria to the team while providing motivation, direction, and oversight of teams of up to 15 people including Supply Chain SMEs, PMO, BPM Directors, Technical Management, QA and Business Systems.
Translate business needs into business requirements, identifying process and technology gaps and brainstorming solutions in collaboration with Technology Management and BPM Partners.
Develop solutions or partner with technical implementers to ensure business requirements are met.
Track and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to senior management in an Agile, change-laden environment
Stay up to date and quickly obtain proficiency in new technologies and tools, as needed, to meet business needs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with the Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolset
5+ years Business Process Management experience
5+ years evaluating business processes and leading process improvement initiatives
Experience with creating project charters, documenting workflows and performing root cause analysis
Experience with flowcharting tools
Ability to communicate complex process and/or technical information to a non-technical audience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the education technology field
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)

The gross salary range for this role is $88,000 - $93,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
